My name is Aiste, I am 38 year old Mother, biggest fan of ethical, natural beauty & a Beauty Therapist.
For the past 10 years I have worked in the Beauty Industry. My specialist areas are Eyebrows, Body Sugaring & Skin Care.
I am very lucky as I love my job 😍. I really enjoy continuous learning as it allows me to grow personally and professionally. I also meet so many amazing women every day. I am very appreciative that I have a chance to encourage them to follow their dreams or at least look after themselves more than before. It is a privilege and I am honoured to be part of it.
Naturally, at age 38 I have started to notice certain changes in the skin on my face. I still however remain a firm believer and advocate of natural beauty! In fact, I am happier with the way I look now than when I was much younger.
I simply take more care of myself and it works.
I am a great believer in a good, consistent skin care routine. Professional, well chosen products will help you look better, also treatments ( not involving any invasive procedures) and massages do amazing things to your skin. However not all of us have the time and money to commit to consistent professional treatments and certain expensive products. I am always searching for better and affordable ways to look after our skin that might involve only small but effective changes.
Hence in the last few months I have been learning Face Gymnastic and have become a trainer.
My face was my project! I did all exercises on myself, and I must tell you, it helped so much, the best part is it takes only 5-10 minutes per day! I am just amazed by my own and my models results!
